Description:

This workshop will acquaint participants with the importance of senior supportive housing development in our communities, especially in light of an aging population and the current housing crunch. Participants will come away with an understanding of the current landscape of needs for senior supportive housing, how senior supportive housing is a part of a larger strategy to meet a community’s housing needs and how to develop a project with seniors in mind.

Audience: Senior level management at community development corporations/organizations, real estate development staff, program development and resident services staff
